"I cannot praise Mariana enough. In just three months of working with her, I’m strengthening muscles I wasn’t previously using correctly, which has made a world of difference for my gait and balance. Mariana takes the time to explain the 'why' behind every movement, which keeps me motivated and gives me real hope for my recovery. She is patient, highly knowledgeable about post-stroke rehabilitation, and I recommend her without reservation." Angelo C.
I want to take a moment to thank Mariana for her hard work regarding the service given to me by helping me with my stroke recovery. Now I can control my balance and start walking outside without my cane. I know for sure continuing with the therapy by God’s grace I will be fully recovered.

Our Services
Tailored exercises to re-learn and practice everyday movements, rebuild strength, balance, and confidence.
In-Home Post-Rehab Exercise Sessions
In-home post-rehabilitation exercise helps stroke survivors continue making progress after formal rehabilitation by practicing functional movements in the environment where they perform everyday activities. Research shows that ongoing, task-specific exercise can improve strength, balance, walking ability, endurance, confidence, and independence while reducing the risk of functional decline.
Exercising at home also removes transportation barriers, increases consistency, and allows exercises to be tailored to the individual's goals, home layout, and daily routines. With regular supervision and progression by a qualified practitioner, in-home programs can promote long-term recovery, encourage greater participation in daily life, and help maintain the gains achieved during rehabilitation.
Other Wellness Services:
Fascia Stretch Therapy is a gentle, assisted stretching technique that helps improve flexibility, mobility, posture, and overall movement. By targeting the fascia—the connective tissue surrounding muscles and joints, it can help reduce stiffness, relieve muscle tension, and promote relaxation.
For stroke survivors, stretching interventions have been shown to support joint mobility, reduce stiffness, improve comfort, and enhance participation in rehabilitation when used alongside an individualized post-rehab exercise program. Improved flexibility and range of motion may also help make everyday movements and functional activities easier. While Fascia Stretch Therapy may complement a post-rehab stroke program, it is not a substitute for medical care, and outcomes vary depending on the individual's condition and stage of recovery.
Services are tailored to each client's needs and are provided within the practitioner's scope of practice.
